SuperValu, one of Ireland’s leading grocery brands, partnered with TAP to reimagine their Knocklyon flagship location. Setting a new benchmark for food retail and bringing the spirit of Real Food, Real People to life in fresh and exciting ways.
Our Approach
Working closely with brand, customer experience, and development teams, we designed a store that balances inspiration with functionality. From dynamic food destinations to thoughtfully curated hotspots, every detail was crafted to spark exploration, celebrate value, and make food the hero. Distinct brand zones and authentic materiality gave the store personality, while layout and specification updates ensured a seamless, future-ready journey.
The Result
The Knocklyon flagship is bold, modern, and human at its core. A space that reflects SuperValu’s purpose while surprising and delighting customers at every turn. Signature design elements like green steel fixtures, natural wood finishes, and flexible community spaces create a welcoming, memorable environment that feels uniquely SuperValu.
More than a store, it’s now a blueprint for the future of food retail, blending storytelling, design, and operational excellence to set the standard for rollouts nationwide.
